People have seen a headless horseman riding around on this property. People thought that John Buckley had buried his money on the property thus a massive search insued and they found nothing. It's believed that his money was buried near his saw mill. John Buckley murdered at his Mill down the road on Sugarcreek.

Comments:
This house was built in 1828. Right behind the house is a Spring house built over a natural spring. There's an old saw and some outbuildngs on the property as well.
