Brian was touched under the stage,
followed spirit energy in dressing area up to the stage via multiple K2's, wood door trim in the boiler fell down off of large container towards the investigators,
battery was thrown from unknown origin into the reception area where several investigators were standing. |

Excessive EMF readings only around the electrical room.
Furnace room had a gas leak thus we limited our time there and reported the findings to the proprietors. Centerville Theater proprietors were very nice and welcoming as were the folks at City Barbeque. Hospitality was off the hook. |

July 2008 - Here is a shadow figure
captured with a digital camera below walking past the doorway at the back of the theater. Now we recently have been challenged by an angry group regarding this photo
and like always we invite anyone to do so. Only with some resemblance of professionalism. Our team, two groups of four, was locked in to the theater along with the Director and her husband.
At the time of this photo one group was on the stage and the other beneath the stage in the dressing room area. We always use two way communication devices that way everyone
is accounted for at all times. In this case the director and husband were on the 2nd floor in an office. We explained that in order to maintain the integrity of the investigation
they needed to let us know if they were going to leave the office. When we took group breaks they came out as well to check on us. Never during the investigation did they report
leaving the office. So having said all that this image was taken by an investigator at the front of the stage who reviewed it immediately. To her surprise she showed it to our
photographer. Beth, our photographer, immediately started debunking. She took tens of photos and used us to try and recreate the shadow person as well as alternate lighting but was unable
to. Hence this photo was placed here in original form to display a visual experience we had. You be the judge and thanks paranormal community for your concern.
UPDATE 12-16-10
Well I spoke to the Director of the Theater. The first thing he did was say that he had been harassed relentlessly about this
photo by the leader of said group both at work and home as well as his staff member who was at the
investigation with us. The director was clearly upset and had enough. I apologized for this group of rogue attackers. I cannot control
peoples actions and this photo certainly didnt warrant that behavior. They did not approach us in a civilized manner to discuss the photo.
Instead they took the photo without consent, threw it up on a website and hammered us as a fraud. We're not the only paranormal group they
have been attacking. Being a skeptic and having an intelligent opinion is one thing but this is just plain hatred.
Anyhoo, I talked to the director who said the people with us that night stated the man left the office and went to the restroom at some point.
Whether is was during a break with us or on his own we dont know for sure.(time unknown as this was 2 1/2 years ago and no one can recall).
So, it's possible that he walked in front of the door when this photo was taken. However we think its a bit strange that he didnt say
anything to us at the time of the photo or later that night when they were shown the photo. Our investigator who took the photo left ParaVizionz along with her mother in order
to help run the family business. We will try to contact her to get her input and report back. Until then as the director stated "this may or may not be real, no one
is 100% certain" and we agree.
We are going to keep this photo up as a reminder to us about the importance of controlling the entire environment during an investigation
and for others to see the complexities associated with paranormal investigating.
One quick resolution to this issue would have been video. Back then we only had a few
hand held camcorders. Now we have 2-4 camera dvr systems and 10 static camcorders. That will easily blanket a theater of that size. We would have had a couple
of angles of that doorway.
It's all a part of learning, developing and growing as a team.
FYI - thanks to the attackers Centerville Town Hall Theater is now off limits to ALL paranormal groups and investigators.
