Legend:
residents just wanted to see if we would capture anything unexplained in their home. It's a 100+ year old plantation style home with a spring house and is believed to be associated with the underground railroad. These folks compiled a book of history of the home and families whom resided there previously.

Personal Experiences:
we heard disembodied voices throughout the home, K2 with 5% deviation alarm plays amazing grace in 2nd floor bedroom, owners dogs acted very strangely in coincidence with recorded paranormal activity. Lee, Marcia and Patti were provoking in the basement and run out by a black mass with strong presence...not demonic, just a strong male former resident angry about their questioning and discovery of him. Both Jon and Garry saw a woman standing in the 2nd floor window from outside. She was holding a baby and looking very worried. The history recorded has instances of children dying from illness as well as former women. Also late into the night Jon fell asleep in a chair so we blew a sports whistle to wake him up "jokingly" and it did and we had a laugh......however later that night as we were packing up everyone was in the litchen when we heard the whistle blow again however the whistle was in an equipment bag and NOT in someone's mouth. This "mimic" we experienced happened several times here.....very interesting.

Results:
HAUNTED
A place where ghosts are reported is described as haunted, and often seen as being inhabited by spirits of deceased who may have been former residents or were familiar with the property. Supernatural activity inside homes is said to be mainly associated with violent or tragic events in the building's past such as murder, accidental death, or suicide — sometimes in the recent or ancient past. But not all hauntings are at a place of a violent death, or even on violent grounds. Many cultures and religions believe the essence of a being, such as the 'soul', continues to exist. Some philosophical and religious views argue that the 'spirits' of those who have died have not 'passed over' and are trapped inside the property where their memories and energy are strong.

Comments:
a very pleasant overall feel and wonderfully comfortable home. We captured far more audio than expected. Other than Lee's group coming face to face with a dark presence in the basement, which was provoked, this was a well rounded, classic case, mixed with residual and intelligent spirits. The owner was relieved to know that former residents were indeed there and keeping quiet...simply enjoying their old home.
